                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM RAY W. RIBARIC AND
                   ANDREA M. RIBARIC RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT
                   NO. 591, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,300.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Ray W. Ribaric and Andrea M.
       Ribaric relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector 
Sewers
       III, Tract No. 591, for a total consideration of One Thousand
       Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00).
